About Our Paid Services

VahanBazaar.in is a vehicle marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We offer the following paid services to facilitate secure and transparent transactions:

Vehicle Verification Fee Non-Refundable

When a seller lists a vehicle, we verify the vehicle's Registration Certificate (RC) and registration number to ensure the listing is legitimate. This verification is performed instantly using AI-powered OCR and external databases. Once submitted, the verification process is executed immediately and the service is fully consumed.

Wallet Recharge (Seller Contact Access) Non-Refundable

When a buyer wants to view a seller's mobile number to contact them about a listing, they must recharge their VahanBazaar wallet. Before the recharge, we clearly inform the buyer about the charges, what they will receive, and that the amount is non-refundable. By proceeding with the recharge, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms. Once the recharge is completed, the seller's contact details are revealed and the service is considered delivered.

No Refund Policy

Important: All Payments Are Non-Refundable

VahanBazaar does not offer refunds on any of our paid services. Both the vehicle verification fee and wallet recharge are non-refundable because:

  • Verification Fee: The RC and vehicle verification process is an automated, real-time service. Once initiated, the verification is completed instantly using AI and third-party databases. The service cost covers the technology and API usage involved, and cannot be reversed after execution.
  • Wallet Recharge: Before making a recharge, we explicitly explain what the buyer is paying for and that it is non-refundable. The buyer makes an informed decision to proceed. Once the seller's contact number is revealed, the digital service has been fully delivered and consumed.

Cancellation Policy

Since our services are instant and digital in nature, cancellation is not possible once a transaction has been completed:

  • Verification requests cannot be cancelled once submitted, as the process begins and completes immediately.
  • Wallet recharges cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed, as the funds are credited instantly to the buyer's wallet.
  • Contact number reveals cannot be reversed once the seller's number has been displayed to the buyer.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe in being upfront about our pricing and terms:

  • All fees are clearly displayed before any payment is initiated.
  • Buyers are shown a clear confirmation screen with the amount and terms before wallet recharge.
  • We explain exactly what the buyer will receive (seller's contact number) before they pay.
  • No hidden charges or surprise fees at any stage.

Note: If you believe there has been an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction on your account, please contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will investigate all such claims on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about a transaction or our services, we encourage you to reach out to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to addressing any genuine issues:

  • If a technical error prevented you from receiving the service you paid for (e.g., seller number was not displayed after recharge), we will resolve the issue by providing the service.
  • In case of duplicate charges caused by a system error, we will credit the extra amount back to your wallet or payment method.
  • Unauthorized transactions will be investigated and resolved appropriately.
